The Moodle glossary can auto link to glossary terms in pages and other content in your courses. When the link is selected, it displays the glossary definition in a popup/lightbox.
If a Poodll player or widget is a part of a glossary definition, the popup only displays HTML from the Poodll templates. Any CSS or Javascript from the same template will not be available. Since many templates need javascript in particular, they are crippled in glossary popups. If you need a player or widget that does not work in the glossary popup, please contact is.
