The Flash MP3 recorder already records to MP3, so why do you get the “PoodLL is converting your audio, please try again later” message after recording?

One of the main support claims we got with PoodLL 2 was to do with file uploads to Moodle. There were timeout issues, permissions issues, file size issues, blah blah … Take it from us, there were issues. Bouncing the MP3 uploads off our cloud conversion server, avoids most of those hassles.

But if you don’t have issues, then its to skip the cloud for files that are already MP3 after being recorded with the Flash MP3 recorder. To do that in the PoodLL filter general settings, check “No Cloud.”


Then PoodLL will upload your mp3 recording directly to Moodle.
